Problems accessing the Dealer Area

If you are already have an account but you cannot access the Dealer Area, please enter your userid and password (in lower case) then click on the OK button.
If you don't have an account, please register in the Dealer Area.

To print Operating Instructions:

1. Scroll to bottom of the page which displays the operating instructions for the product you want.

2. Click on the title 'printable version'.

3. Click on the image of the file to enlarge and view.

4. Hover over the enlarged image and right hand click on the mouse.

5. A menu will appear.

6. Choose 'save as' and save the jpeg image in your folder.

7. Then open Word program.

8. Go to 'insert' on the tool bar and choose 'picture' from the drop down menu.

9. Locate the folder where the image is stored and insert.

10. You can then print from here.

To print Press Coverage items:

1. Once you have enlarged the image to view, right hand click on the mouse.

2. Choose 'save as' and save the jpeg image in your folder.

3. Then open Word program.

4. Go to 'insert' on the tool bar and choose 'picture' from the drop down menu.

5. Locate the folder where the image is stored and insert.

6. You can then print from here.
